As the lead of the show, Caitlyn set a pretty great bar for preparation, willingness and focus. I really appreciated her work ethic. She showed up ready to go and serious about the task ahead of her. When that energy is present in the room, when the person carrying much of the weight of the show offers full commitment it calls all the rest to do the same. I’m thankful to Caitlyn for that. The great thing is that, I believe that’s just the way Caitlyn works. She wasn’t trying to do anything special, it’s just who she is. –Nathan Schmidt, Director.
Caitlyn’s commitment to this show was remarkable. She was prepared to work every day, she was diligent with her work away from rehearsal, and she was bold and focused in rehearsals. –Cassia Schmidt, Music Director.
